Question

For some reason, the blogs I follow are no longer listed on the side, but at the bottom of my page. Does anyone know how to fix it back the way it was?

A Day of Thanks!

We had another wonderful Thanksgiving full of food and family. We started the day at the Davis' and then went to my step-dads mothers house where the kids had a blast. We finished the day by making a Gingerbread House. Saturday night we will celebrate with my family.

The WHOLE family minus about 10 more

We ended the day by making a gingerbread house. This is the new "blue" spiderman making the house which this costume caused the biggest meltdown in Wal-Mart. My dad gave Carter $5 when we left and told him to get something at Wal-Mart. If Carter ever has money someone has given him I always point of the items he can choose from in that price range. Well, Daddy doesn't know that "trick" so he just let Carter roam the aisles and once he spotted a costume he doesn't have (he has 3 spiderman costumes mind you) he wanted it. Obviously Joseph said no. Well, I heard him crying many aisles over. Once I got there I asked what was going on and he told me. I said Oh, I would have just gotten it. (I know I should not be like that, but they always get something when we go and if its under $20, I get it. Not the case with daddy, but I guess the ending to this story speaks for itself, by the picture :)

Happy Thanksgiving

I am most thankful for these two precious angels and my husband and what they all mean to me. Each of them is truly a blessing from God and I dont let a day go by where I dont thank him for them. I wish all of my blog readers a very Blessed Thanksgiving! We have a busy few days planned full of eating, shopping, football, and more eating. I'm sure I will have plenty of pictures to share. (Carter found this toy that he had been "looking for forever" and felt it needed to be in the picture)

He really is so sweet to her most of the time.

Carter's Thanksgiving Feast

Carter had a Thanksgiving program and feast at school today. He did a great job and looked so cute. Granny joined us since Joseph is in Atlanta (shocker, I know)and Bentley stayed with her Nonna, because she has a fever :( I did not post the pics I got of him on stage, because the lighting was awful for some reason. I was trying to video and take pics. I truly cannot believe this is his last year of preschool. It really makes me sick to my stomach to think of him being away from me for so long next year. Needless to say, I am really trying to enjoy each minute I have with him.

Their precious place plates with their school pics on them

I wanted to take a pic of Carter when we got home and Bentley said, "NOOOO...me, me, me"

Big Al's Kids Club

Joseph, Carter and Papa went to Tuscaloosa yesterday for Big Al's Kids Club. You can join the club and they send the kids stuff all year, even a b-day card from Big Al, which Carter still has his and LOVES it. The best part is touring the stadium and locker room (I should say best part to Joseph and his dad) No pics this year of Carter with Big Al. Joseph said all he cared about was playing football on the field and sliding. You can tell in some of the pics that those pants might now be ruined...full of grass stains.

"ICE"

We decided to skip out on Downtown Disney this year and go to "ICE" at the Gaylord Palms. I have always wanted to go to one of these and the last night we were there was opening night so we decided to go. It was 9 degrees in there and EVERYTHING was made of ice. It was really neat.

Disney World

We got back yesterday morning from Disney World and once again, we had a WONDERFUL time. This was a PERFECT time of year to go. Not too hot, not too cold. However, Thursday, it was quite chilly, but I will take that anyday over the time we went in June and it was 90+ degrees...too hot. I did not take near as many pics this year as I normally do. It was hard enough to keep up with the two of them without stopping everywhere to get a pic. Not to mention, Miss. Priss screamed and cried everytime I pulled the camera out...she is something else. We did make progress this year, she LOVED seeing the characters from afar. She would wave and say hey, but if they got too close, she freaked out. We went to Hollywood Studios one night to watch the show Fantasmic and it was great. I highly recommend it. We had never seen it before and Im so glad we decided to go. Bentley was a little scared, so she and I stood in the back towards the end. Carter LOVED every minute of it. I will recap some of of trip without posting every pic.

This is what was on our bed. Once again, we stayed at The Polynesian and had conceirge service, which is GREAT!

Wearing the leis that we got when we arrived at the hotel.

Magic Kingdom

His Pirates of the Carribean face

The night of Mickey's Christmas Party. I highly recommend going when it is all decorated for Christmas and the Christmas Parade was AWESOME!

This is what I got when I pulled out the camera

This is what I got when I told her to stand by Carter

Carter and Daddy waiting on the Parade to start

Character breakfast at Chef Mickeys. He met all the characters and got his picture with them, but I wont bore you with all of that.

My best shot of a pic of her that morning. She was making sure none of them came too close :)

Epcot stayed open late one night for Disney Resort guests, so we took Carter so he could meet MORE characters and we wanted him to ride Test Track since he was tall enough this year and he LOVED it!!!

His Dinosaur face from Animal Kingdom

Carter and Papa at Animal Kingdom

This is what she did when I told her to smile...LOL

One of the FEW times she looked at the camera

We ate lunch at the Rainforest Cafe in the Animal Kingdom and she put this monkey on and danced away. It was hilarious, so of course he came home with us.
